Carribean Fusion food truck has excellent, fresh, food! It is delicious,with generous portions! The prices are quite reasonable. The ingredients are clearly purchased from high quality sources. I highly recommend!

The food truck is at my apartment complex and I got the original meal. The chicken was tender and juicy and the char was perfect, best plantains ever and the curry gravy was delicious on the rice and cabbage!

Caribbean Fusion was in the Cortland Whitehall apartment complex and I just had to give it a try! I ordered the double six jerk chicken wings and a lemonade and let me tell you, It was good. The only thing I would of liked is a little more consistency on how the food looks seeing my coworker got the same thing and it looked like we had two separate orders due to the cook on the wings. They were both still delicious.
